What is it 

The Akashic Records, also known as "the Book of Life," are believed to be a universal, etheric storehouse of all information about every thought, word, deed, feeling, and intent that has ever occurred in the past, present, or future for all entities and life forms.

Here's a breakdown of what that means:

• Universal Record: It's not specific to one person or place but encompasses the entire history of the cosmos and everything within it.
• Etheric or Non-Physical: The Akashic Records are not thought to exist in a physical location like a library but rather on a non-physical plane of existence, often described as the mental or astral plane.
• Complete Information: They contain a comprehensive record of every experience, from the grandest cosmic events to the most personal and fleeting thoughts.
• Past, Present, and Future: Some believe the Records hold not only what has happened but also what is currently happening and potential future possibilities based on current energies and choices.
• Individual Soul Book: A Record of your specific journey holding information about your: 
  • Past lives and their influences on the present
  • Karmic patterns and lessons
  • Soul contracts and agreements
  • Your soul's purpose and potential
  • Emotional and mental patterns

What to expect

Akashic Record Reading (On-line or In-person)

I offer two services, this Akashic Record Reading will still provide valuable insight for you, but requires more of my skill as a reader. You will still be brought into a light, shared trance-like, daydreamy state, but you will not be induced to a deep trance state. This specific service is a Record Review, as opposed to a true and deep healing session.

Preparation and Intention:

• Setting the Space: 
  • We'll work together to create a calm and relaxed space to promote relaxation and to allow for opening of your heart and mind.
• Formulating Questions: 
  • Before your visit, you will prepare specific questions you want to explore. These questions are crucial for directing the reading and ensuring it's relevant to your needs.
  • Effective questions tend to focus on personal growth, understanding patterns, and seeking guidance, rather than simply predicting the future.
• Setting the Intention: 
  • We'll establish a clear intention for the reading, focusing on receiving accurate and helpful information.

2. Accessing the Records:

• Opening Prayers or Mantras: 
  • I'll use a specific prayers, mantras, or visualizations to connect with the Akashic Records.
• Entering a Trance or Meditative State: 
  • We'll enter into a meditative state together, which will allow access to the energetic field of the Records. This will be a light trance, or daydream state.
• Permission: 
  • It is very important that I receive verbal, as well as spiritual permission from you in order to access your records (that is the main reason for the age requirement).

3. Receiving and Interpreting Information:

• Intuitive Guidance: 
  • I will receive information through various intuitive channels, including: 
    • Visualizations: Seeing images or scenes.
    • Auditory Clues: Hearing sounds or messages.
    • Feelings and Sensations: Experiencing emotions or physical sensations.
    • Knowing: Receiving direct insights or knowledge.
• Interpretation: 
  • I will interpret the information received and translates it into a meaningful message for you.
  • I'll provide you with insights into past lives, current patterns, potential future paths, and guidance for personal growth.

4. Closing the Records:

• Closing Prayers or Gratitude: 
  • I'll then close the connection to the Akashic Records with a prayer of gratitude. This is important for energetically sealing the session.
• Debriefing: 
  • We'll then discuss the information received, and you may ask further questions for clarification.
  • I'll give you suggestions on how to reflect on the reading and integrate the insights into your life.

Akashic Record Reading & Healing (In-person only)

This specific offering is a Deep Record Review and Powerful Healing Session. You will be guided into a deep trance where we can easily explore past (or future) lives, in order to understand the areas of focus required to aid in healing deep trauma or being provided with important, time sensitive information. Because the trance state required will be fairly deep, compared to other services, and because some potentially traumatic information may be addressed, I require clients to be in-clinic so I can help bring them quickly and safely out of trance if required, and to help the nervous system safely and calmly integrate the information learned.

This form of Akashic Record Reading and Healing utilizes hypnosis which allows for access to the Subconscious, or Higher Self. Here's a general overview of how the session is typically performed: 

Pre-Session Interview:

• This is a crucial part of the process. I'll spend time getting to know you, your life story, and the specific reasons they are seeking a healing session.
• This will help me understand your background, any current challenges, and the questions you want to explore. 
• Prior to the session, you will prepare a list of questions you want to ask your Higher Self during the session. 

Induction and Hypnosis:

• I'll guide you into a deep state of relaxation, often referred to as the Theta state. This is a state of consciousness where you can access deeper levels of your mind.
• I'll use guided imagery and relaxation techniques to help you reach this state. 

Regression:

• In this phase, you may be guided to explore past experiences, which could include childhood memories and/or past lives. 
• The purpose is to identify any root causes of current issues or patterns.
• You may experience vivid imagery, emotions, and sensations during this part of the session.

Connecting with the Higher Self:

• I'll then invite your Higher Self (or Subconscious) to come forward. 
• Your Higher Self possess profound wisdom and knowledge.
• I'll ask your Higher Self the questions you prepared.
• Your Higher Self may provide insights, answers, and most importantly, healing. 

Healing:

• During the session, the Higher Self will facilitate energy healing, addressing physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.

Post-Session Review:

• After the hypnosis session, we'll discuss the experiences and insights gained. 
• This debriefing helps you to integrate the information and understand its relevance to your life. 
• You will receive a recording of the session to download so you can review whenever you like.

Akashic services are only offered to clients who are 18 years and older, due to the need to give full consent, and the nature of information accessed. As with all other services, it is essential to refrain from alcohol or any substance use the night before and including the day of service.
