What is it

What to expect
Sound Healing, In-Person
This is an in-person session. We'll start with a brief consultation to determine any areas of stuck energy in your body, energetic field, or relationships. Once the specific energy centers are identified, a session will be tailored for your specific needs. The sound healing will include various treatments with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Koshi chimes to help improve your energetic alignment and increase overall relaxation and wellness.
Remote Recording
This is a recorded session. We'll start with a brief Zoom consultation to determine any areas of stuck energy in your body, energetic field, or relationships. Once the specific energy centers are identified, a session will be tailored for your specific needs. The session will not be administered via Zoom due to sound and technical issues. I will record your session using sound therapy techniques to ensure the highest quality of frequency transmission and share it with you electronically. This is for clients who cannot visit me in person. It is recommended that you listen with headphones in a safe place where you will not be interrupted for the duration. The sound healing will include various treatments with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Koshi chimes to improve your energetic alignment and enhance overall relaxation and wellness. The recording will be yours forever, upon download.
Small Group Sound Bath & Somatic Treatment (performed at your venue in the Boulder County/Denver Metro area)
Small Group Sound Bath utilizing singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and facilitated group somatic treatment. These sessions are beautiful for their shared energy value and make a wonderful and unique addition for baby showers, bridal showers, team building events, and small healing retreats. For those venues outside of Boulder County, please contact me for an estimate. An additional $50 extended travel fee for every 50 miles out of the service area must be applied. Small Group Sessions will need to be scheduled at least two full weeks in advance.
